Attractive, solid and good comfort - I bought these shoes to go on a trip to Italy. They handled the cobblestones very well. The leather is thick and would definitely need to be "broken in" before wearing without socks/tights. From the look and feel of them I think I will be pleased to wear these shoes for many years. They receive many compliments.
