A co-worker encouraged me to buy/try these shoes, and I am so glad that she did. I was skeptical about the touted benefits of these shoes, and had hesitated to buy a pair. I did not want to be stuck with them, if it happened that I was not able to wear them after having tried. Well, I am adjusting to wearing them (a little slower than my friend), and, yes, I definitely feel my muscles working. Although, I feel extremely tall while wearing them, I feel my gluteus maximus muscles tightening, and, hopefully, firming.
